Open Hands Education Trust (OHET) is a registered charitable NGO in Bihar, India, supporting marginalized
communities through holistic, sustainable education and community development since 2017.

Buy land and build a new school and community centre with a well, clean toilets, a library, and a computer lab. The school now operates in a borrowed village building.

Expand the 'dry food bag' program we ran during COVID for the very poor, elderly and disabled in our community.

Establish space in the new building for a free mobile medical clinic where a qualified health professional provides regular care to local residents.

Continue to build more wells and sanitation/hygiene facilities to combat drought and illness in the community.
