He also completed a post- graduate degree in economics from RSP (Raja Shiva Prasad) College, Jharia, Dhanbad. He then went on to complete a three year degree in law from Vinoba Bhave University in Hazaribagh, India. Mr.Singh served as a public servant for over ten years in the civil court in Gaya. He is passionate about social service and began working as a social worker after leaving the court service. He has deep compassion towards the suffering of the deprived sectors of society. He was shocked and very concerned after witnessing the discrimination and atrocities suffered by women, children, and the Dalit population while working in the field of law. He continues to work towards equality, justice, empowerment, and mobilization of resources for them. We are grateful for his interest in and support of the work of Open Hands Education Trust.
